Cody Crook
Cody Crook is the founder and managing director of Harbour Beacon Advisory. Cody was previously a strategy manager at Accenture, where he worked with Fortune 500 clients on M&A due diligence and operational and strategic projects. He later joined a private equity-backed recruitment firm where he led multiple buy-side transactions. Just prior to launching Harbour Beacon Advisory, he was a managing director at an M&A advisory firm where he represented both buy- and sell-side clients in multiple M&A transactions.
Cody earned a bachelor’s degree from De Pauw University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Layla Cole
Layla serves as HBA's Head of Client Services, specializing in identifying sell-side clients seeking acquisition opportunities. She strategically matches these clients with our buy-side partners, facilitating seamless and efficient introductions. With experience in executive search, Layla has worked across diverse industries and global markets. Before that, she gained experience in the HR and education spheres.
She holds a first-class honours bachelor's degree in Archaeology and History from the University of Reading.
